Barking at a dog might get you deported

Seriously, why do grown men have to act so juvenile to begin with? Alright, so Napoles just got extremely unlucky by barking back at the dog of a Border Patrol agent but when you are undocumented without much legal recourse (i.e. a citizen sister or perm. resident parents who are filing for your permanent residency) try and keep a low profile for crying out loud.
