Babies of asylum seekers are national security threat?

You would think that is true from the way the ICE responds to mothers with babies seeking asylum. Here is a video of a woman from Cameroon trying to seek asylum who almost had her nursing baby taken from her:

Don’t hesitate to link this incident to what I spoke about earlier — the militarization of immigration control. There is no excuse for treating asylum seekers–those escaping persecution and harmful situations in their own countries–like criminals.
